Danfoss is hiring for a Director, Supply Chain Medium Power BU at our Ames, IA facility.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for global supply chain performance for the Medium Power business unit across plants, including improving on-time delivery, reducing lead times and inventory levels, and enhancing supply chain processes and systems.

Collaborate with local supply chain organizations at the plant level.

Facilitate the SIOP process across plants.

Drive supply chain improvement activities at the Business Unit and Divisional levels.

Work closely with sales to ensure forecast accuracy.

Ensure internal alignment of supply chain processes across plants.

Use data analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industries.
• At least 3 years of experience in project and change management within operations, procurement, and supply chain environments.
