Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Supply Chain Enabling to support the Direct Materials supply chain at Western Digital. This leader will coordinate supply readiness, capacity scaling, cross-functional alignment, and risk mitigation to support successful new product introductions (NPIs), volume transitions, and manufacturing scale-ups. Accountability includes managing a portfolio of complex initiatives—including global sourcing, cost & technology program optimization, long range capacity planning, supplier risk mitigation, and supply chain process transformation—ensuring programs are delivered on time with measurable impact and organizational capabilities are matured.
