The Director Strategy & Transformation is a strategic role leading critical transformation programs driving efficiencies across the North America region which includes US, Canada and Mexico supply chain organizations. This role will drive impact on the Win on Waste program with a goal of optimizing customer returns and allowances that drive P&L impact of more than $200 MM annually. This role involves significant focus on building Zero Waste culture and engaging teams and stakeholders on the program mission.
