About the Role

We are seeking a Director of New Program Development to create primary services offerings for our franchisee brokers and agents. This role involves collaborating with franchisee and operational leaders to develop revenue-generating or cost-saving services like mortgage, insurance, and transaction coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate strategy, product development, and go-to-market planning.

This senior, individual contributor position reports to the SVP of Growth at Anywhere Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Design new integrated services for franchisees, focusing on revenue generation (insurance, mortgage) or cost displacement (transaction coordination, back-office services). Develop sustainable business models leveraging our competitive advantages.

  • Thoughtful Implementation: Partner with operations leaders to ensure viability and pilot new programs with a test-and-learn approach before scaling.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute market analysis, positioning, and competitive strategies aligned with business priorities.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to develop optimal services. Partner with franchise and operations leaders to prioritize the roadmap based on feasibility and impact.

  • Metrics & Feedback: Monitor KPIs, analyze program success, and establish rapid feedback loops during pilot phases.

  • Requirements

    • 8+ years in strategy, program/service development, or management consulting

    • Experience in developing and launching new services or lines of business

    • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders

    • Strong analytical skills in competitive dynamics and financial data

    • Proven collaboration skills with operations and sales teams

    • Excellent presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and agile tools

    • Industry experience not required; franchising or service business experience is a plus
