Director, Strategic Partnerships & Planning

This role reports to an executive leader at Anywhere Integrated Services. Our team is focused on designing and building out Anywhere's new business line under a new brand, Upward Title & Closing. This business line will consist of joint ventures between Anywhere's wholly owned title and closing companies and participating Anywhere Brands real estate affiliates.

This role will support Upward's go-to-market roadmap and lead collaboration with partners and leadership to develop high-impact business plans for each new company. We seek a passionate and experienced strategist to manage external partnerships and financial modeling for our suite of companies.

Successful individuals can expect a competitive base salary and variable compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Management – Support broker-owner relationships, assist franchisees during the 3-6 month implementation phase, and develop ongoing partner success programs post-launch.
  • Company Financial Planning – Support building high-impact roadmaps and viable joint venture entities, identify viable geographies, collaborate with finance on pro-formas, and coordinate with stakeholders on office footprint, staffing, and implementation.
  • Leadership & Communications – Serve as a key communicator during the 3-5 month implementation phase, ensuring clear and enthusiastic communication of progress and decisions to internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Thoughtful Implementation – Collaborate internally to own and iterate on workplans, ensuring efficient and impact-oriented launch processes, and think creatively about process improvements.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years in strategic or partnership management; real estate experience not required.
  • Experience working with external partners to develop and communicate business strategies; pitching experience a plus.
  • Confidence in working with financial models and collaborating with finance teams.
  • Expertise in program management, data-driven iteration, and ownership of complex programs.
  • Proven leadership in communications and presentations; external partner management experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and ownership of outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, analyze strategies, and propose improvements.
