Director, Strategic Partnerships & Planning

This role reports to an executive leader at Anywhere Integrated Services. Our team is focused on designing and building out Anywhere's new business line under a new brand, Upward Title & Closing. This business line will consist of joint ventures between Anywhere Integrated Services' wholly owned title and closing companies and participating Anywhere Brands real estate affiliates.

This role will support Upward's go-to-market roadmap and lead collaboration with partners and leadership to develop high-impact business plans for each new company. We seek a passionate and experienced strategist to manage external partnerships and financial modeling for our suite of companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Management – Support broker-owner relationships, assist franchisees during the 3-6 month implementation phase, and develop ongoing partner success programs post-launch.
  • Company Financial Planning – Support building roadmaps and joint venture entities, identify viable geographies, collaborate on pro-formas, and coordinate with stakeholders on office footprint, staffing, and implementation.
  • Leadership & Communications – Serve as a key communicator and program owner during the 3-5 month launch phase, ensuring clear and enthusiastic communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Thoughtful Implementation – Collaborate with teams to own and iterate workplans, ensuring efficient and impact-oriented launch processes.
    • Minimum Requirements:
    • 5+ years in strategic or partnership management; real estate experience not required.
    • Experience working with external partners to develop and communicate business strategies.
    • Proficiency with financial models and collaboration with finance teams.
    • Expertise in program management, data-driven iteration, and complex program communications.
    • Leadership experience in communications and presentations; external partner management a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong time management and ownership of outcomes.
    • Ability to work independently and propose strategic changes.
