Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Director Small Business Lending Operations. Primary Function: responsible for leading small business lending operations for the company which includes loans under $500 K and all SBA loan volume. Engage in strategic planning and execution of business plans to achieve loan volume, quality, and growth objectives. Serve as a key point of contact and subject matter expert with key internal stakeholders, partners and vendors for all Small Business lending activity. Responsibilities Build and mature small business lending operations capabilities to enable the business to scale. Serve as the subject matter expert in Small Business and SBA lending for the credit union; maintain expertise by staying abreast of industry trends and government requirements.
