The Director will be a key player in executing and settling complex credit transactions, acting as a liaison among various teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of primary and secondary credit transactions.
• Oversee settlement of newly originated transactions and manage counterparty expectations.
• Coordinate day-of-funding logistics and manage settlement operations.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between front-office deal teams and functional groups.
• Partner with Legal to manage documentation negotiation and execution.
• Identify and implement enhancements to execution workflows.
• Assist with position reporting for internal and external counterparties.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in settlement, operations, or execution-related roles within capital markets, investment banking, or credit trading.
• Experience in leveraged finance, direct lending, or broadly syndicated loans preferred.
• Strong understanding of primary and secondary credit markets and settlement conventions.
• Familiarity with settlement platforms such as ClearPar, Debtdomain, or Markit Clear preferred.
• Strong Excel and data management skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.

Compensation:

Base salary range is $250,000, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
