We are hiring Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions. This role involves quota-carrying sales responsibilities and provides opportunities for career growth.

As a Director of Strategic Solutions, you will collaborate with customers and senior management to develop high-value AI use cases and roadmaps, helping clients achieve digital transformation objectives by identifying strategic opportunities.

We seek motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of achievement. Candidates should have technical fluency in AI, machine learning, data integration, or related fields, and be capable of simplifying complex issues for diverse audiences. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven.

• Consult with global Fortune 1000 clients to guide digital transformation strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships to ensure client success.
• Develop and oversee customer engagement plans.
• Research and identify potential customer prospects.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to innovate offerings.
• Drive business development through alliances.
• Engage in direct account selling and customer success initiatives.
• Travel up to 50% or more depending on business needs.

• Degree in engineering, science, or related technical field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Experience in sales or management consulting.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning highly desirable.
• Experience in sectors like defense, healthcare, finance, etc., is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Base pay range in California and New York: $160,000—$185,000 USD.
