Director/ Senior Director, Project Team Leader - Genentech : Job Details

The Director/ Sr. Director Project Team Leader (PTL) leads projects and portfolio related activities across various therapeutic areas including ophthalmology, neuroscience, CVRM, oncology and immunology. As an integral member of this dynamic team, you will be:Leading cross-functional Asset Teams focused on the early development of novel therapeutics including large molecules, small molecules as well as other therapeutic modalities from pre-IND/ CTA to Phase III Go. Utilizing their deep understanding of disease biology and global drug development to deliver first/ best-in-class and/or best in disease therapeutic molecules ready for successful global development and commercialization. Providing strategic leadership and direction to Asset Teams, encompassing oversight of activities, budget, and project planning.
