Director, Segment Controller - Hasbro : Job Details

Of the Segment Controller: Lead the day-to-day accounting of certain revenue and other accounting activities globally across Hasbro. Own and communicate the segment financial results including balance sheet analysis and supporting Finance on the P&L analysis. Serve as the accounting liaison for the Business/ Commercial Finance, and act as the primary point of contact for segment business-related communications with the Technical Accounting team. Drive continuous improvement and modernization efforts across the global accounting and finance organization to ensure complete and accurate segment financial results. Provide overall support and analysis to executive management by investigating accounting questions, issues, and judgments and by partnering with team members from other business divisions to assist with accounting questions.
