Director, Sales Private Label - California Dairies : Job Details

Develop, prepare, execute, and achieve a yearly sales plan and budget. Develop and execute upon successful go-to-market strategies for the Private Label business. Lead sales teams in direction of customers and the development of the overall account/customer strategy for delivering budgeted sales targets. Develop sales teams in terms of management, leadership, customer knowledge, and communication. Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, gaining knowledge of their business needs and ensuring execution of business plans, communicating, and providing clear value proposition. Build upon the network of customers by generating leads and speaking with potential new customers about our offerings. Establish and maintain an effective system to ensure timely and accurate handling of new, lost, and target customers.
