The Director, Sales Learning and Enablement is a leadership role focused on enhancing sales team performance through strategic training and enablement programs. The Director will ensure the sales organization has the knowledge, tools, and processes to succeed. This role involves assessing skills, developing training programs and materials, and assisting the team with the adoption of sales enablement technologies to drive revenue growth. The position will require travel nationwide and Canada up to 25% of the time.
