People Development & Capability Building Support, coach, and guide the site leadership teams to be effective SH&E leaders/coaches in their respective positions. Lead/manage corporate team members/direct reports as required. Dotted line responsibility for all facility SH&E staff. Hold sites accountable to ensure all actions to prevent recurrence of incidents are effectively implemented while also ensuring effective injury case management process is fully implemented, well understood, and functioning as desired. Strategy Management and Development Ensure establishment, interpretation and reporting of relevant KPIs, with appropriate leading and corrective actions based on them. Partners with Site leadership team to develop Site SH&E key priorities, drivers, and activities with key performance indicators to drive Site SH&E performance improvement.
