The Director of Revenue Integrity & Reimbursement Strategy serves as the organizations leader responsible for maximizing reimbursement, protecting revenue, and ensuring regulatory compliance across both the hospital and physician enterprise. This position integrates leadership of the Revenue Integrity program with reimbursement strategy, payer contracting, Medicare/ Medicaid cost reporting, pricing strategy, and data-driven financial optimization. Acting as a strategic bridge between Finance and Revenue Cycle, the Director ensures accurate reimbursement from commercial and government payers, minimizes leakage, and informs organizational growth and financial performance.
