Spring Health is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing barriers to access. They seek a highly experienced and strategic Director of Sales Enablement to join their late-stage health tech startup. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role will optimize sales processes and strategies to improve close rates with enterprise, commercial customers, and Health Plans. The candidate must have deep knowledge of the benefits landscape, leadership skills, and proven sales enablement experience in B2B targeting large organizations. The role requires working Eastern Time Zone hours with occasional in-person meetings in NYC. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Revenue Enablement strategy, leading a team, developing cross-functional relationships, driving onboarding and training programs, serving as a subject matter expert on GTM strategy, and building sales tools. Success metrics include leadership alignment, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, sales revenue, customer retention, and team culture. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 5-8 years in sales enablement or related roles in B2B tech or health tech, experience scaling sales in startups, health plan enablement experience, strong sales methodologies knowledge, CRM proficiency, training and coaching skills, data analysis, project management, and familiarity with health tech and regulatory landscape. The role demands strategic thinking, collaboration, adaptability, customer-centricity, and innovation. The salary range is $160,000 - $200,000 plus stock options and benefits.
