This role is an opportunity to help shape services from the ground up while delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and safe respiratory care to our patients. The Director will partner closely with the Medical Director to develop and approve policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and guide a growing team in delivering exceptional patient care. You will oversee both inpatient and outpatient procedures, as well as Respiratory Therapy and Central Cardiac Monitoring services.
