Director Rehab Services - UnityPoint Health : Job Details

Responsible for the day to day management and operation of the Medical Center's Inpatient Acute Nursing Unit and Inpatient and Outpatient Departments of the hospital. Directs and coordinates activities, assumes responsibility for all professional, technical and support staff, and maintains standards of quality. Participates in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures. Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technical policies and procedures. Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, concepts, and/or changes that are advantageous to St. Luke's Health System. Integrates the Rehabilitation Programs/ Department into the hospital's primary functions.
