Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance to lead our quality efforts across a modern agile organization. This position is responsible for the quality strategy and execution for software products supporting key business units under the Shamrock umbrella. Incumbents work closely with the Product team, Stakeholders, and other IT departments to coordinate quality assurance efforts within projects. You will play a leading role in managing the delivery of large cross-functional projects. This position will collaborate to define core quality assurance development objectives to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of company resources. You will actively mentor managers and members of the QA team, improving their skills, their knowledge of our systems, and their ability to get things done.
