Director, Quality and Patient Safety - Legacy Health : Job Details

The Director of Quality and Patient Safety is responsible for leading system quality and patient safety efforts across a multi-hospital system. This role ensures the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of system-wide quality and safety programs. The Director plays a pivotal role in integrating the Quality and Patient Safety departments, fostering collaboration, and supporting clinical outcomes that advance the goal of reducing patient harm. Qualifications Education:Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field required; Advanced degree (e.g. Master's in health care, business, or a related field) strongly preferred. Experience:A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in patient safety or quality, including leadership roles.
