Director, QTS IT Resiliency & Service Management - Royal Bank of Canada : Job Details

We are seeking a strategic and technically grounded leader to oversee IT Resiliency and Service Management for the Capital Markets technology portfolio. This role plays a critical function in maintaining the operational integrity of key business services through disciplined disaster recovery (DR) planning and robust service management practices. You will drive the DR testing strategy, ensure year-round compliance, and lead coordination across infrastructure and application teams. In parallel, you will strengthen ITSM execution to improve incident response, root cause analysis, and change control. The role also leads a multi-phase program to enable controlled production failovers of critical business services, requiring close alignment across teams and infrastructure uplift. What will you do?
