Director, QA & Testing - Authentic Brands Group, LLC : Job Details

As the Director of QA & Testing, you will own the quality assurance strategy and execution across Authentics internally operated e-commerce websites, ensuring flawless customer experiences and high-performing site functionality. Reporting to the SVP Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will lead QA planning, testing, and optimization for new feature releases, bug fixes, site and app updates, marketing promotions, technology vendor integrations, and platform rollouts. You will also partner closely with our A/ B testing and personalization teams to validate test setups and measure success. Your work will safeguard site stability, protect brand reputation, and enable smooth, on-time launches that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
