My client is a leading clean energy company developing solar systems, storage, and EV charging infrastructure nationwide. Transforming underutilized spaces into productive clean energy assets for enterprise clients and communities.

Lead execution of large-scale renewable energy projects from conception to completion. Manage project management team and collaborate across engineering, procurement, and construction to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources)
• Lead and mentor team of project managers
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies
• Manage multi-million dollar project budgets and financial reporting
• Implement quality control processes and conduct site inspections
• Identify and mitigate project risks

• Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business (Master\'s preferred)
• 10+ years project management experience, 5+ years leadership in solar/renewable energy
• Proven track record with large-scale commercial/industrial solar projects
• Expert in PM methodologies and software (MS Project, Primavera)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
