Construction Project Director - Serves as the cornerstone leader of the team.
DUTIES:
- Lead by example in Core Promise to OUTDO and Core Purpose to build great leaders in all aspects of project management and great leadership.
- Drive the development and maintenance of a positive team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor team workload and propose personnel additions, or changes to optimize team composition.
- Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team.
- Develop outstanding relationships with internal and external clients, conducting routine client and site visits.
- Monitor project budgets, track project expenses, manage project costs and adjust as necessary
- REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 year degree in construction management or similar, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in structural steel construction.
- Skill in empowering team members by delegating tasks appropriately while providing guidance and support, ability to effectively manage remote teams.
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam software programs.
