The Global Quality, Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Governance & Risk, Consumer Services, and Sustainability & Social Impact (GQSRCSSI) team is committed to ensuring that we design and manufacture safe and sustainable products. Reporting to the SVP, this role will work with SMEs across the GQSRCSSI team (e.g., regulatory reporting, climate, circularity, human rights, data analytics, compliance, etc.) and other cross-functional groups like legal, government affairs, financial reporting, audit, and more to track and report progress and support the implementation of company-wide, integrated GQSRCSSI programs.
The Opportunity:
Mattel is seeking a Director to lead our Project Management Office while serving as a strategic advisor and chief of staff to functional executive leadership. This role combines enterprise PMO leadership with strategic business planning and operational excellence in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. The Director will join the GQSRCSSI team to ensure strategic efforts supporting transformational projects and initiatives are operationalized and embedded into organizational decision-making and supporting strategic end-to-end change management. In addition to supporting quality and regulatory compliance, this role will help foster sustainability adoption across Mattel through excellence in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Skills:
