Director, Project and Program Management - CubeSmart Self Storage : Job Details

Leads a team of Project and Program Managers responsible for intake, prioritization, execution, documentation, and delivery. Helps define and implement Project and Program Management processes that standardize the way we execute technology initiatives. Forms outstanding relationships with business stakeholders and technology leaders, based on shared values, transparency, and mutual respect. Collaborates with business stakeholders to establish business strategy, align product roadmaps with this business strategy, and execute on delivering against these roadmaps. Provides formal updates to senior leadership on the status of projects and initiatives. Works closely with technical staff at all levels to establish, refine, and deliver against product roadmaps and initiatives. Demonstrates full ownership and accountability of programs and projects, and holds others accountable, as well.
