We are looking for a results-driven and strategic professional to lead revenue growth across key DSPs, strengthen programmatic partnerships, and execute high-impact sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about shaping the future of programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising.

Our platform allows advertisers to launch targeted campaigns directly to digital signs—anywhere, anytime—while providing supplemental income to thousands of media owners across the U.S. By democratizing access to DOOH, Blip empowers both brands and operators with flexible, data-driven solutions.

Adkom, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blip, is one of the largest national out-of-home (OOH) media operators. Adkom unifies fragmented OOH inventory by aggregating independent media providers into a single, streamlined buying experience. This allows national advertisers to achieve scalable, coast-to-coast reach through a simplified, consolidated solution.

What You'll Do:

  • Set Blip's overall programmatic strategy to maximize growth and yield of our digital networks.
  • Grow Blip's revenues from programmatic and other automated buying channels.
  • Develop reporting to track, analyze and communicate key programmatic metrics and business trends to Blip's leadership team.
  • Manage commercial partnerships with SSP and DSP partners to evangelize our inventory.
  • Oversee end-to-end facilitation for programmatic deals, including pre-sales, planning, pricing, activation, delivery, and post-campaign.
  • Partner with Account Executives to work with trading desks, programmatic agencies, and programmatic teams at major brands to maximize growth of programmatic revenue.
  • Work with Blip's marketing team to set strategy and develop sales collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with Blip's product and engineering teams to develop and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with organizational objectives, including revenue growth.
  • Conceive and execute new use cases for programmatic OOH that can drive incremental programmatic revenue for Blip (e.g. retail media).

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling DOOH or omni-channel programmatic campaigns to brands and agencies
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through automated buying channels.
  • Experience managing partnerships with programmatic platforms.
  • Skilled in analyzing data and reporting on business performance.
  • Familiarity with campaign management from planning to post-campaign.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for new revenue opportunities
  • Ideally have experience working with, at, or managing DSPs, as the role includes managing local stakeholders and driving revenue growth.

Compensation:

The annual compensation range for this position is $125,000-$235,000. Compensation is determined during the interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
