Who are we hiring? The primary function of this role is to assist in planning and executing Productions, Merchandise and Venue Tour Experiences sales and distribution strategies. This candidate will drive business growth by aligning ticket sales and merchandise product strategy, sales channel management, and enhancing customer experience within the Revenue Strategy and Distribution department. Tasks include developing and presenting strategies, managing and optimizing sales channels with a focus on end-to-end customer experience, data interpretation, and communicating updates to multiple stakeholders.

What will you do?
  • In partnership with the VP, define and execute the long-term consumer-facing retail and distribution strategy across Productions ticketing and merchandising/retail, ensuring alignment with broader company and departmental goals (including revenue and profit targets, customer experience and brand integrity)
  • Drive business growth through strategic channel and product management, with a focus on competitive awareness, market trends and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience (in-person and online)
  • Leverage data to develop consumer-centric pricing and packaging plans
  • Optimize channel strategy for profitability with both merchandise and ticketing, adapting quickly to business needs, customer demand and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with multiple departments in the development, planning and implementation of strategic sales campaigns
  • Oversee budget tracking, cost control and profit optimization
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
What do you need to succeed?
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster operating and reporting systems is a plus
  • Experience
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and a deep understanding of pricing theory and revenue management – work with Revenue Strategy, Finance and Accounting
  • Deep knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior
  • Brand management with an innovative mindset – work closely with Marketing and Brand management teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking – work with Data & Analytics to leverage data tools for smarter management
  • Understanding of legal compliance – work closely with Legal department
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced quantitative and problem-solving skills

Pay Range$113,000—$185,000 USD
