Director, Product Strategy - Roasted Coffee - Chobani : Job Details

La Colombe is hiring a strategic leader to own the roasted coffee product portfolio. This role will lead innovation, performance tracking, and cross-channel alignment for roasted formats, ensuring La Colombes offerings remain best-in-class across retail, caf, and e-commerce. Responsibilities Portfolio Ownership: Lead strategy and execution for all roasted coffee product including packaging updates and sales support Innovation Leadership: Develop and manage the innovation pipeline for roasted formats, from concept to launch. Channel Coordination: Ensure alignment across all channels (retail, caf, e-commerce) for product launches, pricing, and positioning. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze product performance, using insights to refine strategy and drive growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to bring products to market effectively.
