About DomaniRx

Responsibilities
  • Develop market insights, e.g. conduct market intel & competitive product intel
  • Define problem space and for whom
  • Formulate strategy
  • Lean business case development (living & breathing)
  • KPIs
  • Research plan
  • Cost benefit analysis
  • Roadmap – vision, mission, strategy stack and roadmap
  • Product planning: build/buy/partner, product design – experience map (feature sets, benefits)
  • Conduct POC, pilots and determine desirability and feasibility and then determine scalability based on success criteria
Agile / Development
  • Check-ins with Agile teams/PO to ensure development aligns with GTM plans and timing
  • Consultant to PO as needed on delivery/development & testing
GTM & Planning
  • Sales support – RFP responses, sales meetings
  • Work with marketing for value proposition creation, collateral, etc
  • Client demonstrations – create and deliver
  • Client support / client meetings
  • Work with Pricing team to develop pricing
  • Create product bundling options for Sales & Account Management
  • Training – create and deliver internal and external product trainings
Lifecycle Management
  • Post-launch product lifecycle management
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of end-to-end product experience
  • 10+ years of Healthcare experience
  • 5+ years PBM preferred
  • 3+ years of HIT, Interoperability, Real-Time Prescriber Benefits, ePrescribing, Drug Pricing, etc
  • Standards experience - NCPDP, eRx, RTPB, etc
