We are seeking a Director of Product, CRM with an entrepreneurial mindset to own our CRM product suite and lead it toward becoming a billion-dollar business line. You will define and execute the product strategy, oversee a portfolio of initiatives, and manage multiple product teams to deliver exceptional customer value and business results.

• Own and scale the CRM product suite to meet ambitious growth and monetization goals.
• Define the product strategy, target market, pricing, packaging, go-to-market plans, and product marketing positioning.
• Establish a compelling product vision and communicate it across teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and more.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their workflows, pain points, and how the CRM product suite can address their needs.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of talented product managers and analysts. Enable their growth, unblock their progress, and amplify their impact.
• Drive a culture of execution and agility, consistently delivering products that customers love.
• Represent the CRM product suite in external forums such as conferences, webinars, and industry events.

• 8+ years of product management experience with a successful track record in B2B SaaS products.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and growing product management teams.
• Proven leadership in defining product vision, strategy, and executing complex roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills; adept at using data to inform decisions and uncover insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Domain expertise in CRM or SaaS industry experience is preferred.
• Previous entrepreneurial experience is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
