The Team & Role
Zuora's Payments team is at the center of our strategy to enable customers to maximize revenue and minimize risk in the Subscription Economy. Payments are no longer just a back-office function but a strategic lever for growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency. As Director of Payments Product Management, you will lead a team driving Zuora's payments roadmap; everything related to payments gateway and payment method coverage, orchestration, merchant experiences, operations, and optimization. You will set product vision, align closely with engineering, Go-To-Market, and strategic partners to ensure that Zuora continues to evolve as an AI-forward, performance-driven payments platform.
This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on company growth and customer outcomes. You will partner with executive leadership to establish strategic direction, ensure operational effectiveness, and cascade goals across your team of PMs. You will reconcile multiple stakeholder views to drive business results and balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
This is a location specific position that requires you to come into the office regularly to be most effective.

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate's final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
