Overview
Role Overview: As the Director Product Management at Keka, you will drive the strategy and execution to transform Keka's Talent Success and Engagement products. You and your team will own product adoption and customer success of the following major capabilities to start with: Talent Success and skill growth; Talent retention; Talent performance; Talent engagement.
Responsibilities
- Product Vision: Define the global product strategy for the assigned set of products.
- Ownership: Scale existing and build new products and features; upgrade offerings based on customer insights.
- Team management: Lead a team of about 5 senior PMs; hire and mentor the team; support career growth and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Revenue ownership: Shared responsibility for revenues.
- Customer orientation: Gather feedback from the market and stakeholders to improve the product; stay ahead of market trends and demands to ensure value and usability.
- Collaborate across teams: Communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities; work with engineering, design, and marketing for seamless execution.
- Talent bar: Build and mentor a high-performing product management team; drive a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Competencies
- 10+ years of relevant product management experience.
- B2B SaaS experience is a must; experience in global MNCs and startups is ideal.
- Experience in HRTech is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Enable and guide teams to work seamlessly with internal and external teams.
- Tremendous drive to make things happen.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to think ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
