How can you make an impact?
We are seeking a Director, Product Management to define and deliver intuitive, impactful solutions for students across iOS, Android, and web platforms. You will collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to manage the product roadmap, ship complex features, and create engaging experiences that drive student success.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What You'll Do:
- Lead user research and collaborate with designers and engineers to develop and launch impactful, intuitive products across platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders and customers to prioritize and document a product roadmap based on insights.
- Solve complex challenges with user-first solutions, creating simple and lovable experiences.
- Manage a team that ships updates and features multiple times per week.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Segment, AppsFlyer) to evaluate product performance and guide decisions.
- Translate user research into actionable insights and narratives for executives and investors.
- Build alignment with stakeholders through effective communication of priorities and progress.
- Balance competing priorities to ensure high-quality delivery across features and platforms.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, resourcefulness, and innovation.
What you bring:Required:
- A customer-centric mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to ship complex products on iOS and web (Android experience a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills to design simple, intuitive solutions.
- Expertise in managing product roadmaps informed by data.
- Familiarity with analytics and customer behavior platforms.
- Proven ability to ship multiple updates weekly across platforms.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- A resourceful, curious mindset focused on impactful results.
Preferred:
- Experience at a digital content or consumer-facing platform (e.g., Duolingo, Spotify).
- Experience with prioritization frameworks like RICE.
- Experience with content management systems.

The salary range is $136,900 to $190,000 annually, depending on experience and location. Click here for benefits details.
