Mentor, enable and empower your team members as the team grows. Propagate context and metrics that define success of your team. Participate in process definition and improvement to drive product roadmap and execution. Customer Insight - Be an ambassador for the customers with capacity to understand and advocate for the customer needs within your vertical of the portfolio. Effectively use data to identify new opportunities and roadmap priorities. Incorporate customer research as a key part of developing the roadmap within assigned vertical of the portfolio.
