In this role, you will define and drive the strategy for Priceline's enterprise data and AI/ML platform, business intelligence tooling, experimentation frameworks, and emerging AI capabilities. Your work will enable true self-service across teams, foster innovation at scale, ensure platform reliability and scalability, and accelerate smarter, data-driven decision-making across the organization
In this role you will get to:
Set and drive strategy for Priceline's enterprise Data, AI/ML, Business Intelligence and experimentation platform, ensuring scalability, usability, and adoption across business units.
Build and scale self service platforms that democratize access to data and empower teams across the business to leverage data, experiment rapidly, and make informed decisions.
Use forecasting and data analysis from internal and external sources to influence decision-making at the highest levels of the company.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of AI-powered products and data-driven capabilities across our digital ecosystem.
Manage an elite team of product management professionals focused on delivering intelligence platforms that serve both internal stakeholders and customer-facing applications.
Conduct deep industry research to assess how our offerings stack up against competitors and define strategic opportunities for differentiation.
Live in the data—querying databases, building ad-hoc reports, leveraging Google Analytics, and running A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams, serving as both product and project lead, to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure on-time delivery.
Consult with internal stakeholders and technology partners to define integration needs for AI and data capabilities.
Prioritize automation and scale, continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and elevate performance in a high-volume environment.
Who you are:
8+ years of experience in consumer-facing internet product management, with expertise in data platforms, analytics, AI, or experimentation infrastructure.
Proven success leading multiple agile teams and scaling platform and product development in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; comfortable using BI tools, SQL, Google Analytics, and experimentation frameworks to drive vision, priorities, and performance.
Deep understanding of user behavior and a passion for delivering elegant, intuitive platforms and experiences that solve real problems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives with competing deadlines.
Skilled communicator who can translate technical concepts into business terms and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent collaborator who thrives in diverse, cross-functional teams and has a “patient under pressure” approach.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $185,000- $230,000K USD.
