Due to continued growth in the transmission and utilities sector, Turner & Townsend are seeking a Director Procurement Management to lead strategic procurement initiatives across major infrastructure programs. This role will focus on high-value utility projects including power transmission, distribution networks, and energy infrastructure. - Open to domestic relocation. Key Responsibilities. Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies for large-scale utility and transmission projects. Provide expert guidance on procurement models tailored to regulated utility environments. Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and award. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and regulatory teams to ensure procurement aligns with technical and compliance requirements.
