Lead and manage North Regions procurement function, collaborating with internal teams including HMT, IT, Operations, and Corporate/ Group Procurement. Oversee SAP implementation across the region and drive adoption of Norths procurement KPIs. Execute cost-saving initiatives through synergy actions, commodity team leadership, and regional opportunity identification. Align regional procurement strategies with North American and Group objectives through planning and follow-up activities. Manage the Northeast Regions energy hedging strategy in coordination with the NAM Energy Category Lead.
