• Evaluate investment grade privately placed opportunities across various sectors.
• Analyze, structure, price, and manage complex transactions; present recommendations to credit committee.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for underwriting processes.
• Monitor investment portfolios and prepare credit update memos with recommendations.
• Coordinate investment processes with legal and portfolio management teams.
• Maintain asset allocation to enhance performance and manage risk.
• Develop financial models to support investment decisions.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with deal sponsors and investment banks.
• Prepare research and analysis on financially stressed companies.
• Engage with restructuring advisors and communicate with portfolio managers.
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders in distressed situations.

• 3+ years of workout/restructuring experience.
• Experience managing troubled situations and workout negotiations.
• In-depth knowledge of credit investing, including high-yield and distressed opportunities.
• Experience with private placement note documentation.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Base Pay Range: $139,000 - $195,000 per year, with potential for performance-linked incentives.
