OVERVIEW
A&M Fund Management Solutions collaborates with private equity managers to optimize their business operations. Our aim is to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks related to non-investment activities, and provide hands-on operational support to our clients. We assist PE firms in refining their operational functions.

PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS :
Data Collection, Validation, and Analysis
- Guide team members in data gathering, ensuring comprehensive collection from all relevant sources.
- Lead client interviews, ask insightful questions, and understand stakeholder perspectives.
- Identify knowledge gaps, challenge assumptions, and develop improved insights.
- Pinpoint business challenges, inefficiencies in financial, accounting, and operational processes, and evaluate organizational structure and roles.
- Present issues and opportunities clearly and concisely.
- Understand accounting and finance workflows, especially how information consolidates into the general ledger, to facilitate improvements and value creation.
Project Management and Implementation
- Lead project components across multiple service lines and manage smaller projects independently.
- Manage client expectations proactively, minimize risks, and address potential issues promptly.
- Develop clear, actionable plans and lead specific workstreams.
- Ensure project timelines, approaches, and deliverables are logical and achievable.
- Anticipate risks, create contingency plans, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Collaborate with senior management and secure buy-in for plans.
- Set and communicate clear client expectations.
- Drive initiatives to optimize processing, instill a process-oriented culture, and enhance transparency.
- Identify and advise on dysfunctions within the pillars of services provided.
Leadership
- Leverage experience to inspire innovative thinking within the team.
- Take accountability for issues affecting clients and the team.
- Build complementary teams by utilizing individual talents and capabilities.
Financial Acumen
- Develop and review financial models, provide insightful analysis, and evaluate accounting treatments.
- Offer strategic insights and improvement recommendations to senior management and boards.
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE :
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Due Diligence, Investment Banking, or Private Equity, preferably at a fund or asset manager.
- Degree from an accredited university in accounting, finance, or economics is preferred but not mandatory.
- CPA, CFA, or Master's degree is a plus but not required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
The salary range is $190,000-$225,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and location. A discretionary bonus is also offered based on performance.
