• Lead innovation, product research, and proof of concepts for AI research and Goals Optimization Engine (GOE).

• 10+ years of applied R&D experience in research departments.
• Track record of innovation and impact.
• Experience in creating intellectual content and obtaining patents.
• Familiarity with ML/DL/DRL, NLP, and optimization techniques.
• Solid experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL, Hadoop, C++.

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in STEM disciplines; PhD preferred in relevant fields.
• Exceptional mathematical skills and structured thinking.
• Strong communication and consensus-building skills.
