Director, Philanthropy Volunteer Services - UW Medicine Valley Medical Center : Job Details

This position plays a crucial role in fostering community engagement and support for our organization. This position is responsible for leading efforts in philanthropic fundraising and managing volunteer programs to enhance the delivery of healthcare services, growing a strong cohort of supporters, staff, and volunteers dedicated to furthering Valley's mission. This position is responsible for donor prospecting and cultivation, stewardship, solicitation, gift management, acknowledgement, and recognition in collaboration and partnership with members of Valley's marketing, communication, and outreach teams and outside counsel. This role will interface with a diverse group of executives, board members, providers, business leaders, staff, and community members and must exercise exceptional judgment.
