All About the Role:

As the Director of People Analytics & Insights, you will be a key player in our global team, working across multiple regions and time zones. You will collaborate closely with business executives and leaders to provide data-driven insights that support strategic talent decisions. Your role extends beyond data analysis to understanding root challenges, applying quantitative and qualitative methods, and crafting compelling narratives through storyboarding to influence business strategies. Your mission is to drive impactful change within the company.

Salary range: $147,000 - $228,000
