Director, Patient Data Ecosystem, Data Engineer & Analyst | Unique Opportunity to Use Your Technical & Analytical Skills | Expanding Mid-Sized Biopharma Co | Hybrid | NJ

This role offers a unique leadership opportunity to leverage your data engineering and analysis skills to develop a patient data ecosystem that provides valuable insights for stakeholders such as patients, market access, reimbursement, RWE, and commercial teams. You will focus on expanding, integrating, and deploying data feeds from sources like hubs, pharmacies, and claims, ultimately leading to the creation of analytic tools and products.

Work Environment and Location

Qualifications

• BS/MS in science, technology, or engineering
• Experience integrating patient data from multiple sources
• Experience with CRM systems like Veeva/Salesforce
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, HL7 regulations
• Experience with PHI data governance
• Preferred: experience with rare diseases or oncology patient data
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
