• Identify and recruit new partners to expand Freedompay's market reach
• Build relationships with prospective and existing partners
• Negotiate partnership agreements and terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with business goals
• Track performance and provide regular reports on partner sales and deal flow.
• Assist with soliciting new sales opportunities and activities with Partners
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide training and support to partners to drive mutual success

Requirements

• 3 - 8 years of experience in software sales, specifically in the payments and FinTech world
• Knowledge of ISV Partner Ecosystem and Payments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is essential whilst other language skills are beneficial
• Proven experience in partner acquisition or business development with revenue targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to take direction, work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities
• Ability to accommodate multiple time zones up to 25%
• Ability to travel as needed
