Director, Organizational Effectiveness - AbbVie : Job Details

As the Director, Organizational Effectiveness, you will partner with leaders and teams to drive organizational effectiveness efforts throughout AbbVie. These efforts will increase performance in our quickly evolving business. Critical responsibilities include influencing stakeholders, developing OE capability in others, consulting on, designing and delivering solutions in the areas of organization design, strategy, team effectiveness, culture, and change leadership. Through this work, experience and expertise, this role will contribute to increasing the organizational effectiveness capability at AbbVie. Responsibilities.
