Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across departments, including F&B, Rooms, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
- Champion a service-centric culture aligned with Forbes 4-star standards.
- Serve as the hotel's second-in-command, acting as General Manager in their absence.
- Ensure operational excellence across all outlets, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet/catering services.
- Drive F&B innovation, develop seasonal menus, beverage programs, and enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor food costs, labor efficiency, and outlet profitability.
- Lead and develop F&B leaders to achieve service excellence and brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of progressive operations experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels, with strong F&B leadership.
- Experience in boutique or independent hotel environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Deep knowledge of luxury guest service standards, F&B operations, and team leadership.
- Proficient in budgeting, labor management, and operational reporting.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and hands-on leadership style.
