Compensation: $79,019.20 annually
The Wellbeing Center Director is responsible for directing and managing the Wellbeing Center programs including Wellbeing Specialists & Supervisors and Transportation Team Leader.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. (with occasional evenings and weekends) This position will cover the Clinton, Warrensburg, and Raymore Wellbeing Center locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Oversee daily program operations including, not limited to, maintenance of facility, vehicles, and equipment• Oversee and maintain compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and or accreditation• Ensure programming adheres to PSR standards• Serve as program and person-served advocate• Conduct annual evaluations of staff performance• Coach staff as needed on job performance• Implement agency policies as needed• Monitor staff and program productivity• Will ensure that staff seek culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of members• Marketing & outreach:o provide educational information to other community agencies about PSR serviceso Network with other agencies to meet needs of individuals servedo Monitor outreach program• Fiscal management of the program including, but not limited to, monitoring staff and program productivity, monitoring program expenses according to budget, and assisting in developing a budget for each program• Provide crisis intervention services as needed with clients and provide necessary referrals as needed• Participate in the CPRP quality assurance process• Monitor documentation of services through regular records review• Maintain program guidelines and assessment process through quarterly review• Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees• Completes performance development/AIM process• Time card management – manages time sheets• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
• Master's degree in a human service-related field preferred• Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least two (2) years of relevant experience required
Supervisory and/or administrative training and experience preferredMissouri Chauffer's license (Class E) required (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire)
