Director of Well-Being - Wesley Retirement Services : Job Details

Lead Lifestyle Services and Wellness teams to deliver enriching programs for all residents. Develop and implement diverse wellness-focused activities based on resident needs and interests. Build and maintain community partnerships to enhance services and programming. Coordinate educational opportunities, including adult learning and college-level courses. Provide one-on-one coaching for personal development and enrichment of residents and staff. Manage volunteer programs, resident communications, and orientation for new residents. Support special events, tech systems implementation, and collaborate across departments. Opening: Monday -Friday, occasional weekends for special events Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Therapeutic Recreation, Exercise Services, or a related field required; experience with adult programming is a strong plus.
