You'll be seen as the rightful authority on modern UX best practices and the voice of experience when it comes to developing elegant solutions that are part of highly complex ecosystems. You'll establish the vision, set the tone, roll out the strategy and shepherd the team along, making decisions, resolving conflicts, leading by example and providing plenty of opportunities for training and growth. Everywhere you go throughout the organization, you'll be the spokesperson for user-centered design, and you'll infuse your team with enthusiasm for the kinds of solutions that meet business needs while relentlessly seeking to improve users' lives.You're not a manager who can do UX; you're a UX pro who's a natural and developed manager of people. You love coaching, directing, providing feedback, and seeing to the professional development of creative employees. You've already gained years of experience doing all of those things in Agile environments, and are ready now to take things up to the next level.Your UX skills are sufficiently evident by glancing over your resume or scrolling through your portfolio. Your people skills become evident the moment you open your mouth - you're a natural communicator, sincere and thoughtful, with a commanding presence and an ability to own a room. When you speak, your passion for UX becomes immediately apparent.
